Live event production
A PA, a crew, and somebody who has done this before — for one night or for a month of them.
Who this is for
Concerts, festivals, galas and corporate events. A single day with a single PA, or a multi-week run where the same crew travels with the show.
We come in as the whole production or as the part of it you are missing — a system, an engineer, a crew, or all three.
What’s included
Front-of-house and monitor engineering. Line array and point-source PA appropriate to the room rather than to the invoice. Patching and line checks, backline, staging and power.
If the room is unfamiliar we would rather walk it first. Most of what goes wrong on a show day was decided weeks earlier by somebody who had not seen the space.
How a show runs
Advance, load-in, line check, show, load-out. The advance is where the work actually happens: input list, stage plot, power, rigging points, timings and what the room can and cannot do.
By the time the truck arrives, everything that could have been an argument has already been settled on paper.
